All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We accept payments through:

- Easypaisa
Shipping charges: Rs. 150 nationwide

- Refuse suspicious transactions.
5. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted only when:
- The product is dispatched, and
- A dispatch confirmation is sent.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
6. Fraud Prevention & Payment Security
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions:

- Orders flagged as suspicious may be cancelled.

Customers agree not to initiate false payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
7. Delivery Policy
Estimated delivery times:
- Mardan: 4–5 working days
- Outside Mardan: 5–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Cancellation requests must be made immediately via phone or email.
9. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 1 day of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued via JazzCash or Easypaisa only.
- Refund will be processed after product inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
