Return and Exchange Policy

At Jaan Brothers Collection (jaanbrotherscollection.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only on the same day the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us immediately at the time of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation message) is required.

Note: Returns made after the day of delivery will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The fabric has been cut, stitched, or altered.
  • The item has been used or washed.
  • The return request is made after the day of delivery.
  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us immediately upon receiving the product via phone or email.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Follow instructions provided by our customer support.

Unauthorized returns or returns after the day of delivery will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected on the same day:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method:
    • JazzCash
    • Easypaisa

Important: No refunds will be issued for returns requested after the day of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos as proof.

After verification, we will offer either:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Full refund via JazzCash or Easypaisa.

6. Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution

To prevent payment disputes and fraud:

  • All return claims are subject to inspection and verification.
  • False or abusive return claims may result in order refusal in the future.
  • Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute.
