By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery Locations
We deliver to locations across Pakistan:
- Mardan (Local Delivery): 4–5 working days
- Outside Mardan: 5–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 applies to all orders nationwide.
- Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.
3. Courier & Logistics Partners
We use trusted courier partners for order delivery.
The selection of courier is based on location, order size, and availability.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the product has been dispatched.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays.
- Same-day dispatch may not be available for all products.
You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notification via email or phone.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate billing and shipping information.
- Be available to receive the package at the delivery address.
- Contact us immediately if there are issues with the delivery address.
Incorrect information may result in delayed delivery or cancellation.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If a product is damaged during transit, notify us immediately with photos.
- In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue.
- Replacement or refund decisions are made based on the investigation.
7. Payment & Security
- All orders must be paid via Easypaisa or JazzCash for secure processing.
- Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
- We do not store wallet PINs or sensitive payment information.
8. Fraud Prevention
- Suspicious orders may be held for verification before dispatch.
- Providing false information may result in order cancellation and reporting to authorities.
- Customers are encouraged to contact us first for any issues before initiating payment disputes.
